  • Enquiry data (name, email, phone, message) — to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
  • Identity and transaction data (ID documents, financial information) — required by Greek AML law (Law 4557/2018) for property transactions. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • Website usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited) — for site analytics and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to manage your enquiry or transaction, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share data with

We may share data with: notaries, lawyers, and other professionals directly involved in your transaction; Greek tax and regulatory authorities where legally required; our website platform provider (Spitogatos Network).

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data: up to 2 years after last contact. Transaction and AML data: 5 years from transaction completion, as required by Greek law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability.
